Order Related Issues
Package Tracking: You can visit the order tracking page and enter your order number and verification code to check the latest status of your package.
Order Additions: You can add items to your order before it is shipped. Please contact us, and we will provide a payment link for the additional items. Once the order has been shipped, the addition process cannot be handled.
Delivery Issues: If you choose convenience store pickup and the store temporarily does not accept packages, we will notify you via email to change the pickup store. If you choose courier delivery or international mail, and the courier company cannot contact you, it may be due to incorrect contact information.

Order Modifications: If you want to modify items in your order, please contact us and provide the style, size, and color you need to change.

Return and Exchange Eligibility:
The product must be unwashed, undamaged, without any fragrance or makeup stains, and in its original condition.
The product must have its original tag with the official logo.
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange:
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to apply for a return or exchange.
Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Process:
Within Taiwan: Use 7-11 convenience store delivery for returns and exchanges.
International: Use SF Express for returns and exchanges.
Important Notes:
If the product has defects, we will cover the shipping costs; if there are no defects, the buyer will bear the shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

General Membership:
Upon completing the registration process on the official website (using a mobile phone number, Google or Facebook, or LINE), you become a general member with a lifetime membership validity.
After becoming a member, please go to the "Member Area" - "Personal Information" section to fill in the correct personal information to avoid affecting your membership benefits in the future.
Membership Upgrade/Renewal Procedure:
▸ Spend Amount within a Specified Period: Purchase products exceeding a specified amount within a specified period, and all orders have been converted to (received) archived status. The system will automatically upgrade your membership the next day.
The membership list is updated daily according to the system schedule. If conditions are met, you can be upgraded (regardless of the purchase amount, upgraded to level 1). The membership renewal list is updated the day after the membership expiration date. If conditions are met, you can renew, and the expiration date will automatically be extended. Level adjustment for upgrades/renewals will be notified via email. Ten days before the membership expiration date, an email notification will be sent. If a member does not meet the original level renewal conditions, it will be automatically adjusted to the applicable level based on different membership level entry conditions. The upgrade condition is "Spend Amount within a Specified Period," and the purchase amount is calculated from the effective date of the original level until the expiration date of that level.

Cash Point Types:
- Member's Day: 150 cash points are sent on the 28th of each month.
- Member Referral: In the member login state, click the "Recommend" button in the product; or go to the member area > personal information > set "Recommendation Sharing Link" to recommend products to friends and family. The recommender can earn points when the order is completed via the referral link.
- Member's Birthday: Cash points are given to members with birthdays in the current month, sent on the 1st of each month.
- Any Selection Event/Coupon/Member Benefits: After meeting the conditions of "Any Selection Event" or "Coupon" or "Member Benefits" and the order is "Archived," the system will send cash points the next day.
Cash Point Activation Time:
- Member's Birthday: Birthday points are sent uniformly on the 1st of each month.
- Member Referral/Any Selection Event/Coupon/Member Benefits: Points obtained from marketing activities or member referrals will be converted into "Usable" points at 00:00 the day after the order status is changed to "Archived." Members can view the order status in the member area > purchase list.
Explanation of Cash Point Status:
- Points: Currently accumulated usable points.
- Usable: Already effective but not expired points from all points obtained, click "+" to expand details, reminding you to pay attention to the expiration date of each cash point.
- Used/Expired: Details of points that have been used or expired and cannot be used.
Other Considerations:
- Activity Points: When processing returns, activity points that do not meet the gift conditions in the modified order will be automatically canceled.
- Order Refund: When processing refunds, depending on the store's return method, the refund amount will be converted into cash points of the same amount, which can be redeemed during the next purchase.
- Failed Orders: Points already used in the order, when the order status is changed to "Failed" or "Canceled," will be immediately replenished to the member's account.
