A: We partner with SF Express for overseas order delivery. The shipping fee is calculated as follows:

  • Hong Kong: Free shipping for orders over NT$1499; NT$139 shipping fee for orders below this threshold.
  • Singapore: Free shipping for orders over NT$1799; NT$200 shipping fee for orders below this threshold.
  • Malaysia: Free shipping for orders over NT$1799; NT$200 shipping fee for orders below this threshold.
    7-11 Overseas Delivery: The shipping fee is NT$250 per order, and this service does not qualify for free shipping.

Q: What should I do if I don't receive a delivery notification or pickup code from SF Express or 7-11 Overseas Delivery?
A: This may be due to an incorrect phone number or email address. Please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving this issue.
