A: We use the following methods for delivering to overseas regions. You can choose the most suitable delivery method when checking out:

Singapore, Malaysia: International postal service, 7-11 Overseas Store Pickup

Hong Kong, Macau: SF Express, 7-11 Overseas Store Pickup


In Malaysia and Singapore, import duties are assessed based on the type and value of the goods. If customs determines that import duties are required, the buyer is responsible for paying them. Thank you for your cooperation!


Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You can use the following payment methods:

PayPal: Make payments through PayPal.

Credit Card Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and UnionPay.

Apple Pay: If you are using an Apple device, you can pay using Apple Pay.


Q: How is the shipping cost calculated?

A: The shipping policy for overseas regions is as follows:


Free Shipping: If your order amount reaches TWD 2000, you will enjoy free shipping.

Shipping Fee for Orders Below the Minimum Amount: If your order amount does not meet the minimum amount, the following shipping fees will apply:

International Postal Service: Free shipping for orders of TWD 2000 or more; TWD 220 shipping fee for orders below the minimum amount.

SF Express: Free shipping for orders of TWD 2000 or more; TWD 220 shipping fee for orders below the minimum amount.

7-11 Overseas Store Pickup: TWD 250 per order. This service does not support free shipping.

The actual exchange rate to the local currency will apply.


Q: What should I do if I don't receive the pickup notification or pickup code from SF Express or 7-11 Overseas Store Pickup?

A: This might be due to incorrect phone number or email address. Please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving this issue.


Q: What is the return and exchange policy?

A: If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can refer to the following return and exchange policy:


Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, providing the order number and reason for the return.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
